Obituary for Philip H Boone

Harbourton, NJ
Philip Howard Boone, 89, formerly of Harbourton passed away August 9th at Brakeley Park Center, Phillipsburg, NJ. Born in Brooklyn NY, he was a veteran of the US Navy Seabees and owner of Ewing Mold and Die Co. in Ewing for 30 years before retiring.
Son of the late Philip H. and Helen Temple Boone, he was married to the late Barbara Boone for 30 years and subsequently to the late Ruth Boone, also for 30 years. He is survived by two sons and daughter-in-law, Carl E. Boone of Englewood, FL, Kenneth E. and Lorel Boone of Burlington, NJ, a daughter and son-in-law, Phyllis B. and Michael E. Jones of Titusville, NJ, grandson, Gavin M. Jones of Yardley, PA, granddaughter, Robyn L. Horner and her husband Paul, great-grandson, Benjamin C. Horner, great-granddaughter Charlotte J. Horner of Harrisburg, NC.
Graveside services will be held Friday 10:00 a.m. at the Harbourton Cemetery with the Rev. Ophelia Laughlin pastor of St. Matthew's Church officiating. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to Brakeley Park Care Center, 290 Red School Lane, Phillipsburg, NJ 08865. Condolences are welcome at www.wilsonapple.com. Arrangements are by the Wilson-Apple Funeral Home, Pennington.
