Obituary for J. David Tregurtha

J. David Tregurtha, 92, of Pennington passed away Wednesday February 5th at home. Born in Bristol, PA, he had resided in the Pennington area for many years. He retired as a Technical Specialist for the Aero Space Laboratory at the Princeton University. Dave was a member of the Covenant Presbyterian Church where he enjoyed singing with the choir as well as solos for the church, weddings, etc. He was also a member of the Trenton Elks #105.
Son of the late John H. and Edith Woodhouse Tregurtha, he is survived by his wife Antoinette Providence Tregurtha, his son, Scott Tregurtha of Lambertville, a daughter and son-in-law, Edith and Stephen Velenger of Mercerville, NJ, 3 granddaughters, Stephanie, Allison and Christa, 2 great-granddaughters, Katie and Charlie.
Funeral services will be held Monday February 10th 11:00 a.m. at the 1867 Sanctuary at Ewing, 101 Scotch Road, Ewing, with the Rev. Ann Shoonover officiating. Entombment will follow at the Ewing Church Cemetery Mausoleum. The viewing will be held Sunday February 9th from 3-5 p.m. at the Wilson-Apple Funeral Home, 2560 Pennington Road, Pennington.
